Shipping Policy

Returns & Exchanges:
Please inspect your  order upon receipt. We ask that you notify us of any issues within 14  days after arrival of your order. Returns must be accompanied by a  Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us if you would like to  return an item or need to exchange one. You can include your packing  slip or print a copy of your order.

The customer will pay shipping for any product returned. In the  case of an exchange, the customer will also pay shipping for the new  product. Clearance items are final and not returnable in most instances.
 When  returning items to us, please use a courier service with tracking to  ensure arrival. The customer is responsible for the returned product  until it is delivered to us.
 Once we receive a returnable item, refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

Shipping & Delivery:

DUE TO COVID 19 THERE CAN BE A DISRUPTION ON DELIVERY TIME. On orders over $75, we offer free shipping via USPS to the contiguous  48 states. Free shipping does not apply to oversized items such as  surfboards and board bags. It is at our discretion which shipping method  we will use to send to your address. In some cases we may use FedEx or  UPS to fulfill free shipping orders. Orders below $75 are charged via  carrier supplied rates from Fed Ex, USPS, and UPS for shipping to the  contiguous 48 states.

Surfboards  are shipped via FedEx and a rate is returned for shipping costs. If a  rate does not appear in your cart please contact us. 

 Orders not qualifying for free shipping will be sent via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, at our discretion. 

 Shipping rates are determined in your online shopping cart. Please contact us with any questions or requests.

Time Frame:
 

DUE TO COVID 19 THERE CAN BE A DISRUPTION ON DELIVERY TIME. Place your order before noon Pacific time, Monday through Friday, and we'll ship it with in 48 business hours.

 Certain  situations might delay your package's departure, like billing and  address discrepancies. Please check to see your payment and shipping  info is correct. In case of a problem on our end, we will contact you  asap by e-mail and telephone.

 Overnight  and 2-day shipping are available, at customer's expense. Keep in mind  that USPS only guarantees Express and because of our location it wont  leave until the following morning you place your order. It is best to  contact us first to determine if it will arrive on time and if our post  office can get the package before the trucks leave.

 Overnight  shipping orders must be placed only on Monday through Thursday by  noon  Pacific time - the post office is closed on weekends here.

USPS Shipping Disclaimer:

Please  be aware that House Of Fome will not be able to refund, reimburse,  or resend packages that are lost or damaged by the United States Postal  Service (USPS) or any other carriers. The customer assumes full responsibility once the  package is with the carrier.

House Of Fome uses industry-standard practices to ensure the  confidentiality of your information. We use Secure SSL to encrypt credit  card and personal info. Any information obtained from the customer will  remain on a secure database. We do not store credit card numbers.

 No  one other than House Of Fome will have access to your information.  Under no circumstances will we sell, publish, or disclose your  info—Never—to any third party.
